Refund Policy

1. General Policy

SNEHA Projects is committed to transparency and accountability in all financial transactions. All donations and payments are utilized to support our programs in education, women empowerment, and community development. As funds are allocated promptly to ongoing initiatives, refunds are generally not encouraged.

2. Donation Refund Policy

We understand that errors may occur while making a donation.

• Refund requests must be made within 7–15 days from the date of transaction.
• The request must be submitted via email with the following details:
• Donor’s name
• Donation amount
• Transaction ID / reference number
• Date of donation
• Reason for refund
• SNEHA Projects will review all genuine requests and process refunds at its discretion.
• Requests beyond the specified period may not be entertained.

3. Non-Refundable Donations

Donations made towards specific programs, campaigns, or earmarked initiatives are non-refundable. Once funds are allocated to projects, refunds cannot be processed.

4. Fee-Based Services

For educational or program-based fees (e.g., Sneha Doon Academy):

• Fees are minimal and subsidized; therefore refunds are limited.
• Refund requests must be raised before the commencement of the program/session.
• No refunds will be provided once services have been availed or sessions have started.
• Exceptions, if any, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment. Processing may take 7–10 working days depending on the payment gateway or bank. Applicable transaction or processing charges may be deducted.

6. Errors by SNEHA Projects

In case of any error caused by SNEHA Projects or its payment gateway, the full amount will be refunded after verification.
